Note taking PDF

I'm a student and I often need to take notes. Note taking on physical paper is a pain in the ***. Is there an app that is able to annotate PDF files? Thanks.

Hi! Try using OneNote. Open your pdf, then open charms, then click devices, and finally send to OneNote. Make sure before you hit print, that the pdf is in the correct orientation, ie landscape or portrait. Before all of this you'll want to make tabs in OneNote, for example chapter 1, chapter 2 tab etc. When you open OneNote you'll be able to send your notes to Whatever tab you choose. Then start taking notes!

There's PDF Touch in the Store. If the Surface had a Wacom digitizer (which unfortunately the RT doesn't), the built-in Reader app would also allow annotation.
