Notes plus or similar on Windows Phone

Hi. Recently i saw an App on IOS "notes plus" i want to know if there is any App similar to notes pro available on Windows Phone

I use Evernote. I tried the MS OneNote application and either I'm too stupid to get it, or I just found it difficult to use. For instance, I want a shopping list. I don't want to save it every time as a new note. Add, delete. K.I.S.S.

Looking at Notes Plus, it appears it's for iPad only and all its features are copied from OneNote for Windows anyways... Just use OneNote it is much more powerful than Notes Plus once you learn to use it or so it appears at least.
