nothing will run

Hi, i recently updated my windows 10 pc. Now when i try to open any app it just crashed right away doesnt matter if its a windows app or not. I tried doing a system restore and that didnt work. It wont even let me reset my computer it just says something went wrong. It runs fine in safe mode so it has to be something running. I have tried end process for everything and its still not working.

Same issue. All of a sudden, most of my apps won't open. They instantly crash.

TRy creating a new user account with admin rights and check if the issues still persist there
