Notification sounds on 640

up to win 10 on this.. i am not getting any sounds with my texts coming in i had it on a custom sound then went back to default.. stil nothing..

any suggestions??

This bug has been raised x times now, and the default answer is hard (factory) reset your phone.

thanks.. damn.. hate to do that have it set up the way i want..

it is was working later in the day.. but in the mornings not so much..
