Notification sync and dismissal on android

I own a Vector Luna smart watch and dismissing/reading notifications on the watch will dismiss notifications on the phone. Also there's the option of not forwarding notifications to the watch if the phone is being used which I think is great for reducing useless vibrations and save battery life.
Microsoft needs to implement these crucial features into the Band. They said it wasn't feasible. A smaller company has done it.

Another feature I would like to see is.. Selective forwarding... In other words user should be able to select say for example up 5 contacts, emails, fb messages etc only those will come to the band.
Gym time is my private time and I don't want contacts from every Tom D and Harry...
