Notifications are not supported in this version of windows phone & background task warning

Hello,

1. When I start the MS Health app, I get a "background task warning"
"Unable to register background task. in order to sync your band and receive notifications, go to battery saver and make sur this app is enabled. if this app is already enabled then disable some other ones"

The app is well enabled and I have disabled all the others one ...

2. In the app, when I go to "add and manage tiles" en will activate some more tile, I get a message "Notifications are not supported in this version of windows phone" for the following tiles: Mail, Calls, Facebook, Twitter & Notification Center.

The Band has received the last update (version 10.2.2818.0), is well paired with my Lumia 1520 (WP 8.1 Update 2 - version 8.10.15116.125) and the syncing with the band and the app is ok.

Any idea for a solution?

Ok, I found the (human) problem: the app was "not allowed" for the background task ...
I have "allowed" the app in the battery saver settings. It is now ok

Try uninstalling the MS Health app, restarting your phone, then re-install MS Health app.

Sorry, I forget to mention that I have already do it and more:
- unregistered the Band in the app
- deleted (unpaired) the band in the Bluetooth menu of the phone
- uninstalled the app
- make a "reset to factory" with the band
- power off the phone and restart it
- re-installed the app (the app restore the previous data)
- start the app
- get the "warning task warning" message again ...
- register/paired the band
- get once again the "background task warning" message
- go the the "*** and manage tiles" menu of the app
- try to activate the "mail" tile and get the "Notifications are not supported in this version of windows phone" message again...

Ok,
