My win 10 9879 laptop has been crashing anytime a notification appears,
I have to restart explorer.exe to regain any normal function,
I initially 'Hide notifications for...8 hours' until I found the notification settings in PC settings, I have disabled the notification center and tyhe explorer fault doesnt appear to have returned.
I love the notification center, but think it may 'still need some work'
I'm sure you are probably aware of the bug, and it may have already been fixed,
I must add, I only had the bug with the taskbar made double size, as pictured here...
