Notifications in WP8.1

Hey, one of the things that I really don't like in WP8 is the notifications, for example, I have 2 apps that send me notification when my team score a goal. But alot of time there is delay and the 2 apps send me notification at the same time but few minutes later. This happens to me with alot of other apps, I want to know if WP8.1 will fix it?

Indeed, where have you been for past months, there's been news, forums, videos all about new notification center.

I know that, but the problem is the timing. Because the app send the notification in time but I just getting it in delay.

I am very new to Windows Phone OS, but I think it is because of the app update frequency. Which usually will be 30 mins unless the app is enabled for push notifications. I may be wrong on this

Infact I am facing the same issue with Lync and Skype.. I do not get the notifications instantaneously like in other OS, though I have enabled push notifications. I think it may be due to the improvements needed for the Microsoft Push notification servers
