Notifications not working

I'm on Dev Preview with all updates with my 920. Couple of days ago Skype, WhatsApp and Xbox One SmartGlass notifications stopped working. In settings I have them all enabled. Any idea how to fix this issue?

Mine does this occasionally and is usually solved with a simple turn off-turn on or a soft reset
