I just find a new feature on W10M build 14342 (or maybe the new feature of the Store App), now you can delete the unwanted app entry from Store -- My Library. I used to download many apps for test and then uninstall unwanted ones. However the app name still remains in My Library which is very annoying. A new button located on the left side of Download button is added so you can delete your unwanted app name by simply tapping it.

Thank You very much, I haven't noticed this before.

It's actually used to hide apps so you can view them again if needed, but helps having clean lists.

You are right, I realize it too, but it is actually good thing because you will not delete your paid apps accidently.

I can't see where. I only see an arrow pointing down in my library

Yup, it's not deleting, but hiding. And I don't think they'll ever bring deleting apps from your library. This works kinda well, though I would really want to permanently purge some of the stuff off that list.
