NVidia game ready drivers or the Microsoft drivers?

Are there any recommendations about the Nvidia drivers?
I am especially interested in system stability and of course performance. I am currently running the latest WHQL Nvidia Game Ready driver and everything is ok on my Surface Book, but I would like to see what others think about it and what their experiences are.
