I thought the Paper of Record would become less Apple-and-Android-centric once David Pouge left for greener pastures, but apparently it's not so. In typical Times fashion, they had an article and video up yesterday announcing their surprise discovery that some smartphones are bigger than others: Handset Makers Go Big on Smartphones
The article mentions Samsung, Sony, ZTE and Huawei. They speculate about possible Lenovo large scale handsets and of course, get all weak in the knees about rumors that there might be a big Iphone in the offing. But not a jot of a mention of the 1520, Lumia or Windows Phone. I know this is largely a function of market share, lack-of-critical mass, and sheer journalistic laziness, but its frustrating.
