o_O Bing troubles!

Bing is simply NOT working for me on my laptop on either IE10, IE10 for desktop, Chrome, or FireFox. It works fine on my WP. But it's not loading at all on my laptop. If I delete my history, cache, cookies, etc. it'll work ONCE but that's it. I'm hoping it's just an issue with the image of the day since it's like a panorama today but then that should mean there would be an issue for other people? What's going on!?

I go to bing.com and it says the page can't be displayed. Even the Bing Windows 8 app won't connect.
