Odd TellMe Issue

So if i make a call using tell me "on speaker" i loose all audio even if i try and make a call without tell me. If i reboot the phone and make a call on speaker without tell me it works fine.

Verizon 8X.

I have been having audio drop out and have to reboot to fix it, but I haven't got that app.
