Office 365 Fails To Setup On My Phone

I have been subscribed to office 365 home for a couple of months now, but for some reason it always fails to setup on my windows phone
Any explanation?

The Office 365 account for Windows Phone is for enterprise accounts (work account). Personal accounts for Office 365 are the same as a Microsoft Account.
