Office 365 Frequent Blackouts

Clicking on Outlook 365 email items causes frequent blackouts part of its window becomes black showing Outlook not responding and an error message pops up saying:

This error is happening recently and happens frequently as I click on an item in Outlook to read or open.:crying::sweaty::unhappysweat::amaze::crying:

Any solution is appreciated.

Outlook.com services have been experiencing intermittent issues yesterday/today. I had the same problem, with 2 paid accounts.
