Office: DOCX files viewing problems

I copied DOCX file to phone & then opened it with Office app. The last shows on the screen only a part of the page (approx. 1/4) & I couldn't zoom out viewed content in order to show full page (or first 1/2 in landscape mode, for example). The problem takes place with relatively complex document (with drawing frame alongside page borders) as well as with simple ones (plain text), both tested documents have A4 format pages.

Has anybody faced with such problem & can it be sorted out?

There are two DOCX files:
1) Relatively simple - some paragraphs of text with headers - http://www.filedropper.com/doc1_1
2) Relatively complex - with drawing frame along page borders, tables & pictures - http://www.filedropper.com/doc2

Sorry for video quality, it was made with Canon camera EOS 600D & it seems that the device cannot change initial focus distance while recording video. So the video looks blurred to a definite degree.

At the beginning video shows, how these two documents look on PC (Windows + MS Word), second part - the same documents on Lumia 1520, third part shows them opened on HTC One X (Android 4.2.2 + Pixel Smart Office). Complex document is showed without drawing frame on both the phones, but on HTC One X its view can be zoomed out at least. Office on Lumia 1520 worked much faster than its rival on Android, but the latter can be zoomed out in order to hold more text per screen though wit smaller font. I wonder why I can't do so on Lumia 1520.
