Office/Skydrive upload problem

Has anyone here experienced the "UPLOAD FAILED: We're sorry, someone updated the server copy and it's not possible to upload your changes right now." in Office? It mainly happens to me in Excel but just yesterday, happened in Word too.

Yes, I've experienced it a couple of times when working with excel files. I don't know how to avoid it or fix it.

Yeah I also don't know why it happens. Annoying since I usually just end up renaming the document as a temp workaround. I'll try my luck on the MS Answers site and see if there is a solution there.
