i think microsoft will find someway . because there are many people use mobiphone deal by verizon and i hope so !

Does anyone know who I contact with my question of WHEN 822 users will get the Cyan update? Do I contact Verizon? Nokia? Microsoft?

I'm seriously so frustrated with the delays.

Contact Verizon -- they're what's holding things up. Verizon hasn't been showing much love for Windows Phone lately.

Verizon just dropped the icon from being sold, not support. The 822 is still on support.
