I haven't been changed yet.

At this point, I think it's safe to say the MS reps have no idea when it's going to ship. They just know what "usually" happens and/or what they're supposed to tell customers. I'm mostly going by when Paypal moves from Pending (since I'm sure they won't forget to charge me) and when "My UPS" service shows that a label was created. Neither of which has happened yet, of course.

So I called ATT and they had no idea. The best I got was they would create a ticket elevating it to a higher level of CS for them to look into the actual status of my order and I should hear back within 24 hours what they find...of course unless a magical shipping email appears. /sigh. Should have tried to order in person.

I ordered in person so I wouldn't have to play tag with FedEx or UPS. Online ordering does not allow delivery to the store.

(This phone is for my wife, who is tired of her diminutive iPhone 4S. I am content with my 1020, also yellow. Of course, I would have chosen cyan if available. Maybe the 2520 comes in that or a similar color)

Canceled my order. Just will go to store to get. They told me yellow was back ordered even though I preordered on 11/8. I am in NYC. I am sure one store has to have yellow

I ordered my Red one at an AT&T store (before the price drop online) on 11/13. It shipped yesterday/today and it said it won't arrive at the store until Monday! wtf.. can I cancel it?

I got no definitive answer from the people on the phone. At this point, who knows? If I don't have it by Saturday, I may go to a ms store, buy a red one and cancel this preorder. Hoping to see a shipping email today.
