It seems, with this morning announcements on Windows Central, that the September 21st event is going to be as expected.

• Boring refresh of the current Surface lineup with minor CPU update.
• Higher prices with no significant gains.
• Same form factor.
• No new ARM-based devices.

In conclusion, Microsoft comforting me again for having abandoned the overpriced/under-delivering Surface lineup.

Nothing really mich to change so thus is a nice refinement. Though they should have gone for full size SD card slot than MicroSD card. Since most use this port by photographers and videographers that generally will use full size SD card which what most pro cameras use. MicroSD is possible but they don't offer same speed and reliability for the same price of full size SD card.

Though on pro application, they will likely use CF cards, but SD still used for redundancy.
