When will we get the official alpha version of windows 10 phone os? The technical preview will void warranty. So I'm waiting for the official release. Do you guys have any information about this?

Technical preview will continue until the final release.
As with the Preview for Developers, there shouldn't be any warranty issues arising from using the pre-production software as it's been deployed by Microsoft (you're not hacking a custom ROM).
There's an official tool for restoring back to Windows Phone 8.1 in case anything goes bad.
