Official W10M update

Why is it that the software update listing on support page says 10.0.13080.107 for my Lumia 730 instead of the said official W10M update which is 10.0.10586.164? Anyone? Thanks!

Even I'm in the same boat, was confused whether MS servers were reporting incorrectly. I'm sticking to wp8.1 for now.
