The c101a006 error on my Lumia 920 since yesterday. Just tested on my Lumia 800 and same result.

Is it a Microsoft server side issue? I guess Hard reset is not going to solve my problem, right?
 
I am facing the same issue over the past 2 days. Have tried going to xbox.com but i do not see any issue with my account. Also tried buying apps directly from the web store and it fails.

I guess you guys are from Hong Kong? I'm having this issue too, looks like an issue with the Hong Kong servers.

Oh, and don't hard reset, it won't help.
 
I had a chat online with Microsoft support and the guy has confirmed it's the same issue as the problem 1 week ago. SSL Cert expired so some Azure cloud services down...... why no news???
 
I'm having the same issue too and I'm from Hong Kong. In fact I've had this problem for more than a week now...
But good to know that a hard reset is not gonna resolve the problem...I almost tempted to do it...
 
I guess this is HK specific. I'm from HK too. Have the same issue for almost a week. Moderator, please escalate this issue.
 
Wow a lot of people from Hong Kong great I'm not the only one. So I just have to wait correct? Just a HK issue. Should be fixed soon I guess. I want AUDIOCLOUD.
 
hi, its not the problem only in HK...we do have the same in europe since several days. It's a pity because the problem is here since september 2012 and obviously not yet solved although sometimes it seems to work as ist should.
