snapdragon 800 is older 801 gives far better performance.
multitouch should also be added upto 3-4 fingers support.
every other phones are having 20mp cam so i suggest 25MP (primary) 5mp(secondary)
ram should be 3GB or more.

Notice it's not the high-end (83X)... And the fact Windows Phone doesn't need that much.
