Old 25 gig accounts now 15gig

I just checked my account and found that I only have 15 gigs instead of 25 for my "free account"

It used to be 25. Anyone else notice this?

I have over a TB of memory due to Office 365.

What were the T&C's for the 25GB? Was it time-limited?

I thought they did it by moving everyone to the 15 GB baseline plan, and adding a permanent bonus to bring it back up.

I see a loyalty bonus on there but I swear it was there before.

I had the 25 GB free account, since I was grandfathered in. I also have an Office 365 subscription, and my account is showing 1.02 TB free, which reflects the 25 GB free account after using ~1.8 GB.
