On start-up today, I got a window asking me to update drivers. Is this legit?

This window did not appear to be from Microsoft (it said "Slimware Technologies" in small print) so I closed it. How do \I tell if I need to update drivers, or if these type of requests are normal? things look different in Windows 10.
