On Windows 8.1 or 10 is possible install apps on SD Card?

Is this possible? Because even 32GB tablets looks very small since Windows took almost 10GB.

From what I can tell, you can't install apps from the Store to any particular directory other than whatever Windows is installed on.

It's hard to understand that, since in Windows Phone we can put apps on SD Cards.

So 16GB tablets are useless.
