Yes, it's an old video. It shows the lack of clarity that a CEO is supposed to have. Do you think that Jobs would have ever done like this?
The worst part is due to this, many people invested in Windows 10 system, bought W10 mobiles for their parents, relatives, suggested that to friends only to realize later that Microsoft has other thoughts. Now they are left high and dry with a dummy change h/w but without any apps. The small number of apps that were previously there have also left the store.
Microsoft is doing this even today. Hit refresh is a way of justifying their incompetency.

Sadly this is just clickbait. As discovered by others, the video is very old. MS won't die because they don't have a mobile plan or platform. In fact, without W10M, MS is arguably stronger than ever, especially when money is concerned. And that is all they really care about now. I'll be surprised if we see Andromeda in any form anytime soon.
