One drive not working

Hey guys
I have att L
and dual sim Microsoft 950
With 10.0.15254.158 and one drive does not even open. Tried soft and hard reset a couple of times no use. Tried contacting b2x can't get anyone. Cash any body help out please

try sync your account from people app...similar happen to me and doing that corrected a "problem" with my account and after that things started working again
