One Drive Settings?

Is there a settings page for OneDrive I'm missing? Because have a 128GB Surface Pro 2 and 400GB worth of stuff on my OneDrive. Do I just have to wait for it to fill up my drive before I'm given the option to not have it automatically sync everything?

It asked me to choose which folders would sync. If you set it to everything (or it got set that way somehow) then right click on the icon in the system tray and go to settings and change which folders sync.

I see it. I guess asking them to include that in the main setting page would be asking too much. It's not like it hasn't been there before or OneDrive is deeply integrated into the system or anything.
