one drive stops syncing

Windows Central Question

upgrade to windows 10. clean install. intended to use this machine only as a redundant backup to upload to one drive. onedrive is continuously looking for changes and does not sync.

If you have a lot of data, it may take a while to finish scanning for changes. Note that typically there is a OneDrive update available after a clean install. May take a while for that to install itself too.
