OneDrive - auto sync music from OneDrive to my Lumia 930?

OneDrive - auto sync music from onedrive to my Lumia 930

Hi all,
i would like to find a solution for auto sync music from my OneDrive to my cellphone for offline use.
My idea is:
1) copy music from my PC to online Music folder
2) ...or copy to my PC offline OneDrive folder and it will be synchronized automaticaly
... until here sounds good, but.... now the point - because i want to have offline music downloaded in my cellphone...
3) is it possible to automaticaly sync OneDrive music folder on my cellphone? What app should i use?
I want listen the music in my car, offline, not streaming...
(i tryed use groove music, but i am not sure, if this app can autosync)

Why not simply copy your music from your pc to your phone music folder via usb cable (taster and simply)??? Or, via wifi using a wifi file share phone app?

Hi, because not only me will be "manage" the music folder.
Anyway, wfi phone folder share sounds good, can you describe me more, please?
OneDrive autosync stays in queue too...

This is how i do it (cant remember if Groove syncs in the background or needs to be open off hand)

Add the music to Onedrive
In Groove Music (PC), when it has gone through and added all the music, create a playlist, eg "Phone Offline"
Add the music you want to download to the phone into this

On your phone, find this playlist in groove and select to keep this playlist offline
Now when you add to this playlist, those items will auto download on the phone

Not tried removing items from playlist to see if it removes from phone or not
