I see that OneDrive has been updated today and it crashed and it seems there is no way to relaunch it. I am on a Fujitsu Lifebook notebook running Windows 7 64 bit Home version.
I tried to
1. restart Windows
2. reset Onedrive
3. uninstall and reinstall Onedrive
After I reinstalled it I cannot even get to configure the main onedrive folder because it abruptly crashes

I don't really remember how to get there in windows 7, I know in windows 10 right clicking on start lets you select event viewer.

If not, try finding event viewer in Control Panel.

Then click on windows logs > Applications and see if there is any info given in the logs there. Maybe there will be specific error codes you could search for and get exact answers on.

Thank you Krystianpants.
I'm not messing with OneDrive anymore, I chose a different provider with bigger free cloud space and a working synching solution.

Update: after more than 7 months, this update to the OneDrive installer again let itself be installed on my system, hurray.
