OneDrive is not working

Hi all.

My OneDrive app is not working anymore after updating to WP8.1.

The live tile on start screen is dark and I cannot start the app.
Reinstalling is also not possible. I cannot delete the app from my phone.

Does anyone have a solution or the same problem?

What exactly is happening to you here? For me when I opened up OneDrive, I had to sign in using my MS account and then everything just worked normally. What's your experience?

That's the problem. We can't open the app. it's none responsive.

I had the same problem with the Nokia Camera app this morning. I did a soft reset and it fixed the issue. Try that.

A softreset didn't solve the problem for me...

It's none responsive. I can't do anything. wont open.can't reinstall or uninstall. dead.

has it been working before? I mean, after upgrading to Widows Phone 8.1, was the app working?

It stopped working after the update.

And haven't work since.

It seems to be that there isn't any solution to fix this problem...

Maybe I'll hard reset my phone after Easter.

Same problem here...

Already tried download and manual installation, the following error pops up: "There is a problem completing your request. Try again later. Inquiring minds may find this error code helpful:8103010d"

Can't download on the store, the "install" button doesn't appear

Tried run "onedrive.xap" sent directly to the phone, another general/unclarifiyng error is shown

Accessing onedrive on browser works fine

Anyone?

Sorry I have a 1520 with 8.1DP and One Drive is working fine all through the 8.1 DP experience. What phones are you using? If soft resets haven't helped have any lof you tried the hard reset? If you decide to do that be sure and back up first.

I'll try hard reset only if there's really no other way

One Drive only sort-of works for me after the last update. When using the One Drive App I can see all of my Albums, however, when browsing through the Photos app or through the options menu (select background picture, for example), none of the albums show up. Weird.

I couldn't wait for a clean solution and had to make the hard reset

Problem solved!

I recommend (at least those with a Lumia 925) to hard reset their phones after updating to wp8.1, some things are working better now: onedrive files automatic upload didn't fail (yet), folders structure on photos tile are different from the previous version.

Wondering if anyone has gotten this to resolve itself? I just updated on my new phone and it's nonresponsive. And Cortana has no clue why either. I'm bad as it is with technology, this isn't helping.

Updated your phone to 8.1?

Have you checked for updates in the store?
