Onedrive issue on 950xl

I have an odd problem, since the last 2 insider fast ring updates for the 950xl I cant seem to open up any word or excel files from onedrive. This has happened on both my 950xl's

Anyone else come across this issue or know how to resolve it?

opening word or excel and then trying to open a file from onedrive doesn't work either, it just freezes the word/excel app then the app crashes

opening from onedrive just doesn't do anything

In case any one was wondering.. had to uninstall all the office apps on the phone, reboot and reinstall from the store. This fixed the launching from onedrive

So that didn't help for long, had to factory reset and start from scratch to finally resolve it
