OneDrive question

My one drive sync's only one way. I can save a picture on my lumia one drive and it saves to laptop OneDrive....

But if I save a picture to my laptop one drive it doesn't save to my phone. Any help would be great

It's been 3 weeks now and its stuck on "loading" I can't seem to cancel it or delete OneDrive from the PC to reinstall again

that's default behavior.

taking a photo uploads it to OneDrive, so now you have a backup! Your phone probably has less space available than OneDrive or your PC, so it doesn't push media to your phone.

Careful now - using OneDrive as "backup" can end in tears. It's not (in itself) a backup solution - delete a file in a OneDrive folder and it's gone from all synchronised locations.

Is it not first put in a "recycle bin"

It is retrievable from the recycle bin - if not on the PC, it can be retrieved from the website's recycle bin.
even then its smart to have multiple backups.

and it wont be deleted from all sync'ed locations if one is disconnected from the internet at that time.
