OneNote question

I have installed Office 365, and I like using the desktop version of OneNote better than the Modern app version. But when I click the pen, the Modern version opens. I've seen some suggestions online that you can change the default version (i.e., the one that opens when you click the pen) to the desktop version, and people say to go to the desktop version and click file/options/advanced, but when I do that, I don't see an option to change the default version. Does anyone know how to change the default version?

I found the solution -- I needed to update OneNote, and then it worked just fine.
