OpenPGP support ?

Hi

as France will turn into mass surveillance state soon angry, I wondered how can we :
a) manage openPGP keys (check keys, sign them)
b) sign and encrypt/decrypt texts or mails

I've found a "OpenPGP F?r Windowsphone" (https://www.windowsphone.com/en-us/...ws-phone/0a1906e2-eb48-4cdb-bbab-30ea308b9065)

It allows to encrypt/decrypt plain texts.

Are there other alternatives? A "plugin" for outlook would be ideal (across devices).
