Organize Photos?

One thing I have been missing is the ability to organize photos (create folders, move pictures). Anyone who have heard anything about that it will come with the update, or anyone have the SDK and can try it out?

Unfortunately the information we have about any of the finer details is sketchy at best. We weren't given the whole information on WP8.1 so we don't really know everything or the details.
