Nokia Lumia with black update. What version it is ?? 8.0.10521.155 ??? Or what version ???

Yes, that's the version number for update 3 (GDR3). It's the same version number that many of us have who used the developer preview, but have yet to be updated to Black, as well.

My Nokia 1520 (pre-loaded with Black) is loaded with OS version 8.0.10521.155

The Black update doesn't change the OS build number because it is a separate update. GDR3 is the above build. Black is firmware.
