Hello people, my first post here. I've been using this phone for roughly 2 weeks and I absolutely love WP, bought 2nd-hand from a friend who travels regularly to USA. He now has the Win HD LTE, great phone too.
I know this must be asked directly to Blu support, but I seek some real-users input on this.
My phone is the W510L variant, stuck on version 8.10.14203.306 (phone says there's no updates available) and I know for a fact that the W510U -that most of you have- is higher. The phone works wonderfully but with one catch: no Cortana for me, not even setting the entire phone in English (US region, language, etc). It doesn't even appear in the program list. Is this normal for that version?
Moreover I would like to know what are the latest WP8.1 revisions, both official and via Developers Preview. I'm not registered on DP yet and if I do, will be for the sole purpose of obtaining Cortana, hopefully in spanish as i'm from Chile...
