i upgraded to build 10166 form 8.1 with the Slow Ring option. but noticed that some microsoft app are not responsive. they

Hard reset: Settings > system > about > reset your phone them you don't restore from back up. (you don't have to clear your sd card but apps in there will have to be reinstalled)
