Only benefit is dual sim. Processor i feel 925 has a better one.

differences with 730 off the top of my head:
dual sim
slightly larger display (subjective, no glance if you care about that)
replaceable battery
less memory, but has microSD slot (I think)
no option for Qi
superior front facing camera
inferior rear camera

can't say about performance though

i heard the opposite. maybe dual cores with more clochhertz bein a little bit better for now but quad cores are better for future apps.

I found the speed of 730 better than my 920.
