Outlook 2016 calendar not syncing to WP or cloud

Calendar entries made on my phone (Lumia 950) appear on my Outlook calendar (PC) and on the cloud, entries made on the cloud appear on my Outlook calendar and phone... but entries made on my Outlook calendar do not appear either on my phone or on the cloud.

Help?

Have you added Outlook (PC) calendar to the cloud?
