outlook account needs personal certificate

Hi, i'm trying to set up a business email on outlook on the lumia 820, it keeps asking for a personal certificate. i already downloaded the company's personal certificate, but i get the same error message. any help please?

"you need a personal certificate to connect to this server" Error code : 85030027

From your PC, send the certificate to your Live ID as an email attachment. Now on your phone, access your Live Mailbox and install the certificate that was attached.

Next try to set up the Exchange ActiveSync account.
