outlook.com colour

Outlook.com is painfully white. Very hard for my eyes.
Is there anyway to change the colour ? I can't find an option to do so.

Not sure what you mean. Is the background of your display white?
If so go to SETTINGS > start+theme > and change the background to dark.

Sorry I deleted my reply because the screenshot in that reply contains my email address.
My question was ........ where is Settings > Start + theme ?
I don't have Start + theme in my outlook.com.

OK. I found an option to change it to dark grey. Not ideal but tolerable.
File > Options > Office Theme > Dark Grey > OK

There are 3 choices under Office Theme...... white, light grey and dark grey. I chose dark grey.
