Outlook contacts not syncing

My wife's phone had an update to Outlook yesterday (Version 17.8400.40956.0) and now her contacts are not syncing to the phone. The only contacts showing are Facebook. It is set to show all and her Microsoft account is showing in the list of accounts. Any suggestions?

Did you try removing the account and adding it again?
