Outlook folders - auto sync all

How can I sync all Outlook folders automatically without pinning them to the Start screen?

If they're an Exchange server or Outlook.com using EAS set them to update immediately in the Settings. then you'll never need to Sync.

Personally I have one mail icon pinned on the start screen though as I have a mix of accounts, and then use the Link Accounts option in one to merge all inboxes together (virtually) and then you get a single Sync button.

You can't. You have to pin them to the start screen.

I hate it too because of the number of folders I have. but.. oh well.
