Outlook in Window 10

How do l get my files back on Windows 10 that were on windows 8 and how do l add files on Windows 10?

If you upgraded to windows 10 , for example through Windows update, all your files would be there.

if you did a clean install and formatted the disk, you would not have any files.

What do you mean by add files?
